(Application for Permission for Succession to the Status of Aerodrome Operator)
Article 94. Any person who intends to apply for permission for succession to the status of aerodrome under the provisions of Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit the application for permission for succession to the status of aerodrome operator to the Minister of Transport describing the items specified below.
(1)Successor's name and address;
(2)Predecessor's name and address;
(3)Location and name of the aerodrome;
(4)Conditions of succession;
(5)Proposed date of succession;
(6)Reasons justifying the succession.
2. The application in the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the documents listed below:
(1)Documents certifying the conditions of succession;
(2)Documents which certify the resolution of succession, in the case of a regional administrative organization or the Japan National Railways;
(3) The documents listed below, in the case of any corporation other than regional administrative organization or the Japan National Railways;
a)Articles of incorporation, contribution, and an official copy of register;
b)A balance sheet for the latest fiscal year;
c)A list of names of the executive directors or staff members and their personal histories;
d)A document certifying the resolution of succession;
e)Any documents providing other relevant information.
(4)The documents listed below, in the case of an association without a juridical body register:
a)A cops' of the articles of association;
b)A list of assets of each member;
c)A list of members and their personal histories;
d)Any documents providing other relevant information
(5)The documents listed below, in the case of an individual person:
a)List of the person's personal assets
b)An abstract of his family register;
c)Personal history;
d)Any documents providing other relevant information.

Article 95. Any inheritor who intends to submit an application for the succession to the status of aerodrome operator under the provisions of Article 55
